As Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager, your tasks consist of understanding client needs, achieving service targets, retaining clients, converting leads into sales, and assisting in identifying appropriate matches.

In-House Sales & Service Portfolio:

Accurately understanding customer requirements
Helping customers find suitable profiles based on their needs
Providing quality service to paid members and maintaining good relationships with them Searching, screening, shortlisting, establishing contact, and initiating meetings between members to create success stories
Managing a portfolio of customers with robust follow-up
Converting prospects into sales (renewals/referrals, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in the regional language, listening skills, service orientation, and integrity
Punctuality and presentation skills
Emotional quotient and persuasion skills
Ability to read and interact to understand client requirements
A graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 1 year experience in direct customer interaction. Experience in personalized service is an added advantage.
