Registration

How can I register my profile on the Mallu Match website?
You can find an online registration form on our website, where you need to fill out the required information as accurately as possible and click the “Submit” button. Also, you can reach out to any of our relationship managers from your district, and they will assist you to filling out the form.
What is the importance of USER ID?
Initially, as a free member, you can create your own USER ID during the time of profile creation, but after upgrading your profile, we will provide you with a unique USER ID. This USER ID uniquely identifies your profile on our website, and other members can search your profile using the profile ID search feature.
Can I choose my own USER ID?
FREE MEMBERS can choose their own USER ID and Password. PAID MEMBERS will be provided with an exclusive Mallu Match unique USER ID that cannot be changed. Password can be changed at any time at the convenience of the user.

Note: When you upgrade or re-register, the member will be provided with a new unique USER ID and Password by Mallu Match. However, all previous data and history will be retained in the profile without losing any data. Other profiles searching for your old USED ID will be redirected to the new USER ID.
How long will it take for free membership verification?
Profile verification will be done manually, and our support team meticulously verifies each profile, subjecting it to specific criteria before it is added to our database. All members are contacted over the phone to confirm the authenticity of the information provided to us. An E-mail will be sent confirming the profile verification and upgrade. Hence, it will take at least 24 working hours to verify and activate the profile.
What information will be displayed on my matrimonial profile?
Only a few details can be visible to free members, and they cannot view your contact and family details, only paid members can view all the details.
The Registration Form is too lengthy, do I need to complete it?
We understand that filling out the form is tedious for you in one shot, however, matrimony is a serious commitment, and we need to ensure that all members convey their details effectively to interested members. The more information you provide for your profile, the more likely you are to be contacted by others on Mallu Match. Please don’t hesitate; take your time to complete your profile.
Is it mandatory to submit ID proof for registration?
Yes, ID proof is compulsory for matrimonial registration under the Indian IT Act.

FREE MEMBERSHIP

What are the benefits and features of Mallu Match Free Membership?
Free membership helps you to understand what is Mallu Match and it is valid for a limited period.
Under what criteria, a profile will be validated?
All information entered in a profile will be closely scrutinized by our team and profiles which are submitted underage, abusive content, or invalid data will be ignored. We maintain the highest standards in our database as well as we provide comprehensive support for members who are serious about marriage.
Can a free member send personalized messages to another profile?
No, free members can only send pre-defined messages expressing their interests. When a premium customer shows interest in your profile, their message will be sent to your registered email ID and the interest will be stored on your “Interest Received” page.
Is there any limitation to the number of messages a free member can send within a day?
Yes, there is a limit on the number of messages for free members. Only five messages per day can be sent by a free member.
What is the information an interested profile is allowed to view?
Paid members can view all information, including your contact details and family; however, a free member can view only the basic information.
How can I extend the validity of my free membership?
You cannot extend your free membership; however, you can upgrade your free membership to a paid membership. This helps you continue to access many profiles from the date of activation. If you do not wish to upgrade your profile, your profile will be visible to another member for an extended period of up to three months. During this period, you can upgrade your profile to a premium membership.
It has been several days since I registered my profile, and it is still not activated. Could you please explain the reason?
We activate your profile after strict verification, and our relationship manager will contact you at the phone number you provided for verification. If there is no response or if the number is invalid, we will not activate your profile until you contact us for activation.

PAID MEMBERSHIP

How to Become a Paid Member?
Register your profile through the Mallu Match online registration form. After creating your profile upgrade your profile to our “Activated Service” or “Legend Service” by choosing the suitable payment mode. You can also reach out to our office in your district to upgrade your profile.
What are the benefits of Paid Membership?
You can do an extensive search for the perfect match through paid membership. Directly contact the match through personalized messages, phone calls, live chat, and video calls. 24/7 customer support is available, and a professional relationship manager from the Mallu Match office in your district will assist you throughout the journey.
How do I upgrade my free membership to a paid membership?
You can explore the different payment methods we have specified on our website to upgrade your profile. Make your payment online through a credit card/debit card/net banking.
Why am I still a Free Member even after making a payment?
Upon your payment, your free profile will be verified using the telephone number provided. Once the verification is completed, your profile will update immediately, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered mail ID along with new credentials for your profile.

How do I log in to my profile?
Enter your “USED ID” and “Password” on the login page and click on the “Login” button to sign in to your account.
Why does it show an “Invalid User ID/Password” message when I try to log in?
This message is visible due to the reason that you might have entered the wrong password or USER ID when you tried to log in. So, you need to ensure that you did not add any spaces within the USER ID or Password to check for spelling corrections. After upgrading your profile, you need to enter your new user ID and Password to log in.
What should do if I forget my USER ID or Password?
Click on the forget password link on the page and provide your email ID. An email with your login credentials will be sent accordingly. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want further assistance
Why does the message “Your Membership is Expired/Invalid” display when I try to log in?
A free membership will be available for a limited period, and when the user crosses that limit, the membership will expire. You can upgrade your membership to a paid membership and continue accessing our matrimonial services.

Payments

What are the available payment methods?
You can make online payments for our services through your credit card/debit card and net banking. You can also make any payment to the Mallu Match district offices through cash, debit/credit card, check, or DD/MO. Payment must be done using INR.
How long does it take to upgrade my profile if I have done the transaction online?
Your profile will be upgraded immediately after receiving the payment. If you have made the payment and still your profile is not updated, please reach out to our customer support along with your payment details.
Why am I still a free member after making the online payment?
Once we receive your payment, we will immediately activate your profile after the successful telephonic verification of the profile. If you are not available for verification and if we find any glitches in the details provided by you, we might stop the profile from being upgraded. The profile will be updated only after successful verification of your credentials, and you will receive a confirmation email including your login information.
Why am I still a free member after making the online payment?
Once we receive your payment, we will immediately activate your profile after the successful telephonic verification of the profile.
